The Career Decision Pyramid*
Career decision making is an on-going process. Sometimes it can be a time consuming process as well! The Career Decision Pyramid is a frame work of questions, information sources, and actions steps designed to enable students to quickly and accurately assess their level of career clarity so they can more easily identify and initiate career activities matched to their level of need.
Review the five statements listed below and click on the one that most accurately describes your current level of career clarity. Explore the information provided and discuss the results with your advisor, a career counselor at the CSD, or a trusted confidant. Continue to move through the levels until you feel your career needs have been met.
