Directions to the Fitness and Recreation Center

From the SOUTH

Take the Maine Turnpike (U.S. Route 95) North to Exit 75 at Auburn.
Then just follow Route 4 North to Farmington.

Or, take the Maine Turnpike (U.S. Route 95) North to Exit 112B in Augusta.
Then follow Route 27 North to Farmington.

Once you pass Cumberland Farms on your left, continue up a small hill.

Take a right onto South St.

At end, continue straight on Lincoln St.

The FRC is located at the end of Lincoln St., on the corner of Quebec St.

From the WEST

Just follow U.S. Route 2 East to Farmington.

Once you pass Cumberland Farms on your left, continue up a small hill.

Take a right onto South St.

At end, continue straight on Lincoln St.

The FRC is located at the end of Lincoln St., on the corner of Quebec St.

From the NORTH and EAST

Take the Maine Turnpike (U.S. Route 95) to Exit 157 Palmyra / Newport.
Then just follow U.S. Route 2 West to Farmington.

Once you pass Cumberland Farms on your left, continue up a small hill.

Take a right onto South St.

At end, continue straight on Lincoln St.

The FRC is located at the end of Lincoln St., on the corner of Quebec St.

The mission of the Fitness and Recreation Center is to offer a wide variety of high quality programs, events, and opportunities in a safe environment to improve the health, fitness and well-being of members of the university and local community while providing a hands-on, positive learning environment for student employees.
