The UMF Fitness & Recreation Center offers group swim lessons during the academic semesters. Classes are taught under the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program curriculum and are designed to teach water safety and confidence.

Summer swim lessons are offered through your local recreation department.

September begins our next round of swim lessons. See you in the fall!
