STATEMENT OF THE JOB:

Employee performs difficult and complex tasks of an interpersonal nature. Work involves acting as a resource to people in a variety of situations. Employee works with limited supervision. Independent judgment and initiative are frequently experienced.

DUTIES:

1) Plans and implements educational, social and recreational programming for hall residents.

2) Interprets policies and enforces defined procedures for resident hall living.

3) Assist people in emergency or emotionally upsetting situations

4) Acts as a resource, referring students to appropriate educational, social, recreational and health related services.
