Pay Level I


Employee assists with all operations required in the University’s Summer Experience Program.  Employee is under the supervision of the Director of the Summer Experience Program, working with limited supervision and requiring some use of independent judgment.


  1. Each employee is assigned to a professor to assist as needed in the classroom.

  2. Employee provides tutoring services as needed.

  3. Employee serves as a successful academic role model for incoming freshmen.

  4. Employees serve as residence hall assistants in the dorms assigned to Summer Experience participants.
