Events and meetings for Partnership activities, including Days of Service, Internship Workshops and Fairs, Student Intern Gatherings, Leadership Program Workshops and other Partnership events scheduled during the Fall 2016 semester are listed below.

Girls Talk & Teen Voices Mentoring Program – applications for mentors will be available at the Experience Farmington event.  Programs will begin in November.   Meetings for the fall semester will be held as follows:  Phillips – on 1st Tuesday of each month from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.; Strong – on 2nd Thursday of each month from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.; Mt. Blue – held on UMF campus from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. – dates to be set.

Accept the Challenge:  Lead UMF – in addition to the events and workshops listed below, four (4) “Get on the Bus” events (2 in the fall and 2 in the spring) will be scheduled that will give students an opportunity to visit, interact with, and learn about:  Local Foods/Sustainability; Local Government; Non-Profits (health and human services); and regional businesses.

Additionally, career fairs and workshops offered by UMF’s Career Services Office (indicated with an asterisk [*]) are also included in this schedule for your convenience.  Contact Career Services staff for more information on these events.
