|The Maine Meal, owned by Chef Mark LaCasse and his wife, Kelly LaCasse, is a licensed processing plant that creates gourmet frozen cuisine from high quality local ingredients. This one-of-a-kind business, which is only 3 years old, is in a position to expand in several different directions.
The Maine Meal is seeking a student intern who can help our company increase our online presence and increase engagement with customers through social media. The number of hours per week will be determined on the basis of the successful candidate’s availability, but it is anticipated the intern would work a minimum of 6 hours per week, 4 of which would be on-site at their kitchen location in Skowhegan.

|The student intern will have a knowledge of website design, online sales, social media marketing (including Facebook, Twitter, Constant Contact, and any new ones that would be worth adding), and photography. The Maine Meal is very proud to be part of the local food system and strives to make a real impact and supports our local suppliers.
