|The mission of Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (CMBG) is to inspire meaningful connections among people, plants and nature through horticulture, education and research.
CMBG is seeking Education Programs Interns for the summer. This internship prepares college students to enter the field of environmental or museum education by providing hands-on experience with planning, organizing, hosting, and evaluating classes, demonstrations, interpretation, and exhibits in a public garden setting. This internship provides learning opportunities in public programming in relation to horticulture, botany, and natural history.
This internship runs from approximately mid-May through late August; the start and end dates are flexible. Education Programs Interns will work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
