Description of the Internship:
The Spruce Mountain Adult and Community Education program provides an environment in which learners can use their voices, explore interests, and learn about themselves.  Specifically, we provide opportunities for:  Business and Skills Training; High School Completion; College Transitions; Personal Enrichment; and Literacy.

The Spruce Mountain Adult and Community Education program is seeking a student intern to assist with a variety of marketing and data collection tasks, depending upon the successful candidate’s interest and skills.  It is anticipated that the Marketing and Data Management Intern would work 8 to 10 hours per week.  Work schedule can be flexible.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing and Data Management Intern will assist the Spruce Mountain Adult and Community Education program with some or all of the following work:

  • Social media promotion
  • Catalogue design
  • Data collection
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for school board meetings

There may be other types of work available also, depending upon the interests of the intern.

Qualifications:
We are seeking enthusiastic interns who are passionate about our mission and possess the following attributes:

  • Basic understanding of Excel
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
