Description of the Internship:
The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce prepares a guide that highlights what Franklin County has to offer.  The Guide includes advertisements, key area information, attractions for all seasons, area events and a business directory. The intern will gather information and present it in an accurate, eye-catching, and easy-to-read fashion using Adobe Suite programs.

Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for working with a committee to research and gather all required information, make sure all information is updated and accurate and that new information in each category is included.  The intern will assist with the design the Guide for publication and physical distribution, and for the placement on the Chamber’s website.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and writing) skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite programs
  • Graphic design skills
  • Research skills
