Taking an exam can be a new and exciting, yet anxious experience. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable when visiting the University of Maine Testing Center so we’ve provided the following overview on what to expect as you move through the process:
Registering or Scheduling a Proctored Exam
Each test Sponsor has a branded Webassessor Portal for candidate exam registration. Please visit your Test Sponsors certification/testing or training program page to access their unique Link. Kryterion website.
Check-in Procedure
Two forms of identification are required at the Testing Center. You will also need to provide the Test Taker Authorization Code from your Confirmation email.
Please report to the Testing Center at least 15 minutes prior to exam time.
Personal items
DO NOT bring personal items with you to the testing center. Kryterion, Inc., Test Sponsors and Kryterion Testing Center locations are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You will be asked to place any personal items into a locker with a key.
Directions to UMF Testing Services, Franklin Hall
UMF’s Franklin Hall is located at 252 Maine Street, Farmington, the tall white building at the corner of South Street and Main Street. Testing Services is located on the 3rd floor and is elevator accessible.
Parking
Park in Lot 17 to the left of Franklin Hall. Please park in spots that are designated for Testing. On-street parking is also available but limited.
